Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Current California state SLP license or eligibility
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds and a range of speech and language needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
  • Deliver direct therapy services both individually and in small groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to ensure student progress and success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and recommendations for student goals
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
  • Contribute to a supportive, inclusive atmosphere within the school community
