Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid Speech Language Pathology license for California
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Prior experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students for speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and deliver individualized education programs for students requiring speech/language services
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Provide direct therapy sessions and consultative support for students in both individual and group settings
- Document and report on student progress, maintaining compliance with relevant regulatory standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the goals and outcomes for each student
