School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | San Francisco, California

Step into an impactful school-based opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC), supporting students from kindergarten through 12th grade for the upcoming school year. This contract position spans from August 13th to June 5th and offers a consistent 37.5-hour work week at a single school site, so you can cultivate meaningful connections with your caseload of 37-41 students.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure for California
• Prior experience working with K-12 populations in educational settings is highly valuable
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and support staff
• Strong skills in evaluation, IEP meetings, and intervention planning

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Deliver direct and consultative SLP services within the school framework
• Contribute to multidisciplinary teams for IEP development and progress monitoring
• Document student progress, maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Work closely with educators and caregivers to facilitate student success
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and communicative environment for all learners
