School Speech Language Pathologist - San Francisco, California

In this vital role, you will work collaboratively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to assess, diagnose, and deliver individualized speech and language therapy. You’ll support students’ academic and social success through engaging interventions and provide strategies for improved communication skills in both group and one-on-one settings.

What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience serving the K-12 student population
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Passion for fostering student growth and inclusion

Your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Delivering direct therapy sessions (individual and group)
• Maintaining thorough documentation and progress reports
• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to student planning
• Supporting students’ integration in both academic and social environments
