Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathology license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Experience in school-based speech and language therapy settings preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to travel between assigned school sites
  • Dedication to inclusive, student-centered care
  • New graduates with clinical experience are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students to determine speech and language needs in accordance with IEP guidelines
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
  • Maintain accurate records, document interventions, and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Provide direct and consultative services to students across grade levels
  • Serve multiple sites while managing a balanced, reasonable caseload to ensure quality care
