Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to elementary students identified with communication disorders
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to integrate therapy goals with classroom activities
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
