Your primary responsibilities will include performing comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language challenges, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, and providing direct intervention sessions that help students meet their communication goals. You’ll carefully monitor and document each student's progress, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care. Building strong relationships with families is key, ensuring they’re engaged and informed throughout the therapy process.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), preferred but not required
  • Prior experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Requirements to Apply:

  • Valid license (or eligibility) from the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology
  • Completion of a Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
