What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid CA SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience in direct therapy and case management in a school-based setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to dependability and follow-through
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other school professionals
- Comfort working in-person and adapting to school routines
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering speech-language therapy to students with a wide range of needs
- Managing IEP caseloads, including assessment, documentation, and participation in meetings
- Collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure holistic support for each student
- Maintaining accurate records and compliance with state regulations
