Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in California
• School-based experience highly preferred
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide both individualized and group services

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct SLP services to students in an in-person school setting
• Manage a dynamic caseload with IEP documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to develop and implement strategies that enhance student outcomes
• Engage in ongoing communication with school personnel and guardians regarding student progress and needs
• Provide expertise in speech, language, and communication assessments
