Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active California SLP license or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates considered
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy tailored to student needs
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote successful student outcomes
