Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current California SLP license or credential (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; CFs considered
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Energized by collaboration within multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement IEPs, monitor progress, and maintain detailed records
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support professionals
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
  • Serve a diverse caseload, adapting interventions to each student’s unique needs
