We are seeking two dedicated professionals to provide essential coverage for upcoming maternity leaves in local school settings. These full-time assignments help ensure continuity of care and student progress while regular staff is away.
Position Details:
- Position 1: August through end of September (full-time)
- Position 2: August through end of December (full-time)
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid SLP – CCC licensure
- Prior school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in designing and implementing individualized therapy plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver direct speech/language therapy services
- Develop, monitor, and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Track student progress and document session outcomes
- Provide consultative support to teachers, staff, and families
- Participate in meetings and communicate student needs and interventions
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all learners
