Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations for students presenting with speech and language challenges
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on student-specific goals
• Lead engaging therapy sessions to foster progress in speech and language skills
• Track and document progress meticulously, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders
• Cooperate closely with teachers, counselors, and other professionals to deliver coordinated care
• Actively involve families in each step of the therapy process, providing education and support

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Possession of current or eligible state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with pediatric or school-aged clients is a plus
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to thrive both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
• Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology required
