Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive classroom environments
  • Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop and document Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students in individual or group settings
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and ongoing communication with stakeholders
  • Offer consultative support to staff on language, speech, and social communication strategies
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and IEP team conferences as required
