Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid California SLP license or eligibility (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY applications welcome)
  • Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
  • Strong assessment, diagnosis, and intervention skills
  • Ability to collaborate with educators, administrators, and families
  • Excellent organization, communication, and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for preschool, private school, and nonpublic school students
  • Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions to address language, articulation, fluency, and social communication needs
  • Develop and implement IEPs suited to each student’s goals and track progress regularly
  • Deliver clear, supportive communication and education to families, caregivers, and educators
  • Attend multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute expertise as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date records, progress notes, and compliance documentation
