Your expertise as an SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY will empower young learners to communicate confidently and achieve developmental milestones. This opportunity offers the flexibility of a contract position, with compensation ranging from $55 to $75 per hour, depending on experience.
What You’ll Need:
- Active California licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY)
- Experience with early childhood or preschool-aged children is preferred
- Strong skills in conducting assessments and developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Ability to adapt communication and therapy strategies to meet diverse student needs
- Familiarity with school-based service delivery models
- Excellent collaboration and documentation abilities
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to preschool students
- Conduct assessments and re-evaluations in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
- Evaluate and support speech-language needs of private and nonpublic school students in the area
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes for all students on your caseload
