What You’ll Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active California SLP licensure (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and staff
  • Understanding of IEP processes and caseload management

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support each student’s communication needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ongoing progress monitoring for each student
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff development opportunities, and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and provide education or support when needed
  • Adapt therapy methods to meet diverse learner needs, including students with autism and other disabilities
