School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - San Francisco, California

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current California SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs considered
• Previous experience working with school-aged children or within educational settings is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with state and district standards
• Facilitate both individual and group sessions, adapting strategies to meet diverse student needs
• Provide consultation and resources to staff and families, promoting carryover of skills and successful transitions
