Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
  • Valid California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows considered
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Dedicated to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
  • Document student progress and maintain thorough, timely records in compliance with school and legal requirements
  • Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Support students in both individual and group settings, adapting interventions as needed
