Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure (or eligibility for California licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly desired
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with student IEPs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and document student progress
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in compliance with school and district guidelines
