Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Hold (or be eligible for) state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, though CFY candidates are also welcome
  • Previous experience in K-12 school settings is advantageous
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations
  • Provide support and education to school staff and families on communication disorders
