Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience working in a school setting preferred

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Passion for supporting diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, diagnostics, and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services for students with speech and language needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services provided
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure comprehensive student support
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development opportunities
• Balance a diverse caseload with professionalism and care
