Qualifications/Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• California-issued SLP license or eligibility to obtain credentials prior to the start date
• Prior experience working in a school-based setting is preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in diverse and dynamic educational environments

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students’ speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student goals
• Provide direct therapy and intervention to students in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to support educational progress
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Participate in team meetings, IEP conferences, and professional development opportunities
