Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and active Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Prior experience in school settings, especially within ESY programs, is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and IEP procedures
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Passion for working with students of varied ages and abilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs during the ESY term
- Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and document student progress
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to deliver integrated support
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based care planning
- Adapt therapy materials and instructional techniques to meet individual student needs
