Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license in California and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience delivering SLP services in a school setting preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes, therapy documentation, and compliance requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Adaptability and eagerness to work with diverse student populations and multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication assessments and therapy for ESY students
- Develop, implement, and track individualized therapy plans
- Document therapy progress and maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and help with transition planning between school years
- Contribute to a positive, student-centered environment that promotes learning and communication success
