Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current, active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a K-12 environment
• Familiarity with IEP processes and ability to document progress effectively
• Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Collaborative spirit for working alongside educators, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students participating in ESY programming
• Assess, diagnose, and support students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals tailored to each student
• Maintain accurate records and document progress as required by school and state guidelines
• Engage with teachers and families to ensure comprehensive, team-based student support
• Contribute insights to IEP meetings and collaborate on intervention strategies
