Your work will include both direct therapy services and assessment responsibilities, ensuring a variety-driven schedule. Qualifications and Desired Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Valid CA SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting, especially with elementary populations, highly preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage high caseloads and collaborate with educational teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group speech therapy sessions
• Conduct thorough student assessments and collaborate on IEPs
• Document and track progress following school and state guidelines
• Communicate effectively with teachers, families, and support staff
• Travel between elementary sites, providing consistent support to both
