Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with students, teachers, and families
• Ability to tailor assessment and treatment plans for diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) according to student needs
• Deliver direct therapy services to students in both individual and group formats
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress and intervention
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise for student support plans
• Provide resources and strategies to support communication within classroom settings
