Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with students, teachers, and families

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) according to student needs
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in both individual and group formats
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of progress and intervention
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise for student support plans
- Provide resources and strategies to support communication within classroom settings
