• Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Proven experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations

• Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and providing both individual and group therapy
• Organizational skills and an ability to manage a caseload effectively

Responsibilities include:

• Performing comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students referred by educators and parents
• Developing individualized treatment plans and goals tailored to student needs
• Delivering direct therapy services to students with a range of speech and language disorders
• Collaborating with teachers, school teams, and families to support student progress and integrate services into the classroom
• Contributing to IEP processes by communicating assessment results and progress, and participating in meetings
• Maintaining thorough documentation and adhering to all relevant legal and ethical guidelines
• Assisting in response-to-intervention efforts and providing resources for staff development when appropriate
