In this role, you’ll provide expert speech and language services three days each week, working with a manageable and focused elementary school caseload. You will have the chance to foster strong relationships with students, parents, and staff, ensuring each child’s success and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individualized and group speech-language therapy sessions for elementary students
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans addressing a range of communication disorders
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
  • Communicate regularly with families, educators, and other support staff to ensure integrated care
  • Monitor and report student progress, making adjustments to interventions as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and contributing to planning
