Speech Language Pathologist in San Jose, CA

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year, serving elementary through middle school students in the San Jose, CA area. This contract role covers the next school year (NSY) and involves support across 2-3 school sites.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing speech and language therapy to a caseload of up to 55 students, ranging from PreK through 8th grade
• Conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring progress
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student communication needs
• Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with district and state guidelines

Desired experience and qualifications:

• Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist credential or license
• Experience working with PreK-8 student populations in a school setting
• Ability to manage a moderate to large caseload efficiently
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
