A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year, serving elementary through middle school students in the San Jose, CA area. This contract role covers the next school year (NSY) and involves support across 2-3 school sites.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing speech and language therapy to a caseload of up to 55 students, ranging from PreK through 8th grade
- Conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring progress
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other staff to support student communication needs
- Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with district and state guidelines
Desired experience and qualifications:
- Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist credential or license
- Experience working with PreK-8 student populations in a school setting
- Ability to manage a moderate to large caseload efficiently
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Location: San Jose, CA (multiple elementary and middle school sites)
