As a valued professional, you will work across 2-3 sites, managing a caseload of up to 55 students ranging from PreK through 8th grade. Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
  • Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
  • Previous experience in school settings, serving PreK–8th grade populations
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and collaborative skills
  • Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
  • Commitment to inclusive education and culturally responsive practices

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
  • Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district and legal guidelines
  • Foster a supportive, empowering environment for students’ communication growth
