Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience providing speech and language therapy in school settings, ideally serving PreK-8th grade populations
  • Ability to effectively manage a caseload of up to 55 students across multiple sites
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance with state and federal guidelines

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to eligible students in PreK-8th grade
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans and IEPs
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student success
  • Provide consultation and training to educational staff as needed
  • Travel between assigned school sites and manage a flexible, itinerant caseload
