Step into a rewarding opportunity to support student growth as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2025-2026 school year. This full-time, contract role spans 2-3 educational sites and serves a diverse caseload of up to 55 PreK-8th grade students. You’ll collaborate with dedicated educational teams, helping children develop crucial communication skills that lead to academic and social success.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
  • Active SLP license in California
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience working with pediatric populations, especially in school settings
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for PreK-8th grade students
  • Design, implement, and monitor individualized therapy based on student needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation in compliance with district/state requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to support students’ goals
  • Participate in IEP meetings, provide progress updates, and contribute to team discussions
  • Offer consultative services and training for staff and families as needed
  • Travel between assigned sites within the district as part of your service delivery
