Key Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license for California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
  • Experience in school settings preferred, but passionate new graduates are welcome

  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload across different school sites

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language interventions to students
  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and track progress
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student outcomes
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with local and state guidelines
  • Provide consultative services and resources to support staff and families
  • Strategically schedule services across multiple school locations
