Qualifications and Experience

  • Active Speech Language Pathologist license in California
  • SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CFY) eligibility
  • Experience working in school settings, especially with preschool-age children, preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop and implement creative, individualized treatment plans
  • Passion for fostering growth in young learners

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in preschool-aged students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in alignment with school policies and student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, family members, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
  • Deliver both group and one-on-one therapy sessions, adapting to students’ unique learning styles
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights on student progress
