Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
- CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA required
- Minimum one year of experience in school-based or pediatric settings (virtual experience preferred)
- Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and digital record keeping
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual speech and language therapy services for students K-12
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and write comprehensive reports per school guidelines
- Develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and objectives
- Maintain thorough and confidential documentation
- Consult and communicate regularly with educators and families
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable expertise to student care plans
