Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Current state SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Comfortable providing teletherapy/VOCO services to K-12 students
• Proficiency with relevant technology platforms for remote intervention and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication and language disorders
• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy via virtual platforms
• Participate in team meetings, IEP development, and ongoing progress updates with parents and staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet compliance requirements in a timely manner
• Collaborate closely with teachers, other therapists, and families to support each student’s success
• Utilize resources and tools effectively to ensure engaging, accessible online therapy sessions
