Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Hold a current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess students referred for speech, language, and communication concerns
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing each student's unique needs
  • Provide direct therapy services in group and individual settings
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents on strategies for supporting student progress
  • Monitor, document, and report on student outcomes in compliance with IEP goals and regulatory standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings, staff training, and other school activities as assigned
