Embark on a rewarding contract assignment for the 2026/2027 school year as a Speech Language Pathologist serving elementary and high school students. This full-time opportunity (8:00 am – 4:30 pm) allows you to make a meaningful impact while working with a caseload of approximately 45-50 students.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Active CA SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Passion for supporting students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges
  • Deliver direct therapy and monitor progress to ensure student achievement
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate strategies within the classroom environment
  • Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and adhere to required compliance standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting and progress reviews
  • Provide resources, strategies, and education to parents and staff to support students’ needs
