Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or eligible state licensure in California
- SLP-CCC credentials or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
- Experience in school settings with diverse student needs preferred
- Strong collaboration skills to work alongside teachers, parents, and support staff
- Ability to manage time efficiently across multiple school sites or student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for elementary and high school students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and ongoing documentation as required
- Provide direct and indirect services aligned with best practices and student goals
- Participate in school meetings and professional development activities
