Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license for the state of California
  • Open to SLPs with CCC or in CFY status
  • Prior experience working within a school environment is valued
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for guiding students’ speech and language development

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose students’ communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy to students in both one-on-one and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute actively to multidisciplinary teams
