Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Valid licensure to practice SLP in California (or ability to obtain)
• Demonstrated school-based SLP experience preferred
• Bilingual proficiency highly desired for gathering and communicating detailed information from students and families
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations for students across preschool through high school
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive network for student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and observations to inform educational planning
• Maintain detailed records and documentation consistent with school and district requirements
• Deliver direct therapy and consultative services, adapting methods for cultural and linguistic diversity
