Speech Language Pathologist in San Jose, CA

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
• Successful completion of background checks and fingerprinting, meeting all state and district requirements
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, though clinical backgrounds are considered
• Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans for students with speech, language, or communication needs
• Deliver both direct and consultative therapy services, onsite and/or virtually as needed
• Collaborate with IEP teams, families, and interdisciplinary staff to support student progress
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation within required timelines
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development
