Key qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY candidate
- Active state licensure or eligibility in California
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
- Knowledge of IEPs, assessments, and progress monitoring
Primary responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to students across designated caseloads
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and contribute to IEP development in multidisciplinary teams
- Collaborate with educators, specialists, and families to ensure successful delivery of interventions
- Track student progress, document outcomes, and utilize data for ongoing therapy planning
