Soliant is actively hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a fantastic contract position with a collaborative school district in San Jose, California. We are looking for a dedicated SLP to join our team for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year and are scheduling interviews immediately.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in preschool and elementary-aged children.

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with age-appropriate, student-centered goals.

• Provide engaging, play-based, and direct therapy services in individual and small group settings.

• Collaborate closely with early childhood educators, elementary teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary special education team.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and services provided.

What We're Looking For

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.

• Active California SLP license is required (or eligibility to obtain).

• California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) Credential is required.

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome!

• Previous experience or a strong interest in working with preschool and elementary populations is highly preferred.
