Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility for CA licensure)
- Previous school-based therapy experience strongly preferred
- Passion for supporting diverse student populations, including those in ESY programs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy and evaluations for students during ESY
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain progress documentation and compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Adapt interventions to support varied learning needs in a dynamic environment
