Qualifications/Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) for California
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to evidence-based interventions and individualized student support
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and provide therapeutic services to students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation
- Support students in developing effective communication skills
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to school initiatives
