Professionally, you’ll work across 2-3 different school sites, managing a caseload of up to 55 students from PreK through 8th grade. This breadth of age ranges provides exposure to a rich variety of speech and language needs, helping you expand your expertise and strengthen your professional toolkit. Collaborate with passionate educators and multidisciplinary teams, gaining insights into new teaching methods and school practices while building leadership skills in dynamic educational environments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) or strong clinical fellowship candidate
  • Current California SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
  • Previous experience in school-based settings preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality speech-language services to PreK-8th grade students
  • Complete assessments, develop IEPs, and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Serve 2-3 school sites with diverse student populations
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school teams
  • Maintain timely documentation and progress records in accordance with district/state guidelines
