You’ll serve 2-3 sites, managing a caseload of up to 55 students from PreK through 8th grade, which provides abundant room for professional growth. Qualifications:
- Active license or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California
- Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes and speech-language service delivery for PreK-8 students
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language intervention for a diverse caseload across multiple sites
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Adapt services to meet a variety of student needs across PreK-8
