This full-time, 186-day contract commences in August and spans across two to three schools, serving a manageable caseload of 55 students in grades TK through 8. You’ll benefit from exposure to varied teaching methods, multidisciplinary teams, and the chance to broaden your skills in both fine and gross motor development. Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric OT; COTA credentials and healthcare/home health background valued
  • Strong skills with fine and gross motor development
  • Ability to manage a caseload and work with TK-8 students
  • Submission of two professional letters of recommendation
  • Submission of a de-identified sample report

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services onsite across 2-3 school locations
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized student treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Document services, progress, and evaluations in compliance with school standards
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and support student success within the classroom environment
