Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Active state license or eligibility to obtain one for California
• Bilingual skills required; experience gathering linguistic and cultural background information is a plus
• Previous experience in K-12 school settings preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

• Assess and provide evidence-based therapy for students with communication disorders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, faculty, and families to support individualized student needs
• Collect and report detailed information about students’ bilingual backgrounds
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
• Participate in IEP meetings and school-based intervention programs
