Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current California SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for either
• Previous experience in a school setting is valued but not required; strong new graduates are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads and collaborate with multidisciplinary education teams

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students with speech-language impairments
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services to students of various ages and needs
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and allied professionals to support student achievement
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and district policies
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the team
