Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California SLP licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for either
- Previous experience in a school setting is valued but not required; strong new graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage diverse caseloads and collaborate with multidisciplinary education teams
- Passion for fostering student growth and enabling academic success
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students with speech-language impairments
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services to students of various ages and needs
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and allied professionals to support student achievement
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the team
