Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • California SLP licensure (or eligibility by start date)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants also encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in a school setting is highly valuable
  • Strong collaboration skills and a passion for helping young learners thrive
  • Ability to manage and adapt to a varied caseload

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy that meets each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Offer consultative guidance to school staff and families
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages growth and communication
