Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible CA SLP license/credential
- Prior school-based experience preferred, but new graduates welcome
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for working with varied student populations
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, or communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators
- Manage documentation and progress reports for assigned caseloads
- Engage in ongoing professional growth and best practices
