Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in California
  • SLP-CCC or CFY welcome
  • Experience in school settings preferred
  • Ability to work with a variety of ages and needs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and deliver therapy services to students (varied age groups)
  • Write and implement IEPs and therapeutic treatment plans
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and educational staff
  • Document progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings
