Starting August 10, 2026, and continuing through June 4, 2027, this opportunity allows you to focus solely on delivering high-quality speech and language interventions without additional district duties like bus or parent pickup responsibilities. Professionals eligible for travel stipends are welcome, and guaranteed hours offer added reassurance.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY) recognized in California
  • Experience or strong interest in working within K-12 educational settings
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
  • Expertise in developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Duties include:

  • Delivering direct speech and language therapy to students across kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Conducting assessments, evaluations, and documenting student progress
  • Coordinating and participating in IEP meetings
  • Supporting students’ academic and social success through tailored strategies and interventions
  • Keeping thorough records of services and outcomes in accordance with school policies
