Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• California SLP licensure in good standing
• Minimum of two years' post-licensure experience; compensation is $125/hour for those meeting this criterion
• Experience working within a school setting, ideally at the middle school level
• Familiarity with SEIS (Special Education Information System) preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to in-person service delivery (remote not available)
• No SLPA supervision required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to middle school students, supporting their communication, social skills, and academic achievement
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education program (IEP) goals
• Implement evidence-based therapy plans, monitor student progress, and document outcomes
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to maximize student success
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including SEIS data entry as preferred
• Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and school-based initiatives as needed
