This position offers a rewarding opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide onsite services within elementary school settings in San Luis Obispo, CA. The role involves working directly with mild to moderate students, supporting their communication development across two locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 55 students.
• Provide services onsite, splitting time between two elementary schools: three days at one location and two days at the other.
• Collaborate with school staff to support individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Manage and document student progress and maintain compliance with district protocols.

Qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathology Certification.
• Ability to work independently with mild to moderate student needs.
• Must provide own clinical supervisor while the credentialing process is completed.
• Experience with elementary school populations preferred.

Location and Contract Details:

• Onsite work in San Luis Obispo, CA, at two distinct elementary school locations.
• Contract position with potential for continued collaboration in the 2026-27 school year.
• No need for an SLPA; this is a direct service role for the SLP.
