Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to create individualized treatment plans and adapt to varied caseloads
• Knowledge of IEP process and experience working with multidisciplinary teams

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to optimize each student’s educational experience
• Maintain detailed documentation of progress and communicate updates with relevant stakeholders
• Provide consultation and support to classroom teachers on strategies to facilitate communication access in learning environments
• Facilitate small group and individual therapy sessions
• Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility reviews, and staff conferences as needed
