This position offers an opportunity for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential speech therapy services within a school setting. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
- Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards
- Participate in team meetings and parent consultations as needed
- Manage a caseload efficiently, ensuring quality service delivery
Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist licensure appropriate for school-based practice
- Experience working as an SLP within a school environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and school staff
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students
